Shipping policy

Made With Mummy Love holds zero responsibility for costs involved in order to receive your order in either the UK or countries outside of the UK.

If you are an international customer you will be provided a UK Royal Mail tracking number where available and once your order has left the UK we hold zero responsibility to ensure that your item reaches you in your home country.

The Royal Mail tracking number will (once outside the UK) work subsequently on your home countries postal system. It is the customers responsibility to check the tracking using their home country’s postal system and to follow any instructions they may receive from this system to either alert you that you have a parcel to collect and or if there are some fees to pay before collection. MWML holds zero responsibility for the customer tracking their own order and following instructions set by their country’s postal system.

All moneys paid for “shipping” to MWML to send an order internationally are and will be used to send said order. Any further fees incurred upon receiving your order are strictly the customers responsibility to pay.

Should any international order not be collected it should be sent back to myself as the sender as addressed on the parcel. Any parcels received back from non collection are therefore classed as a forced return and will not be refunded in anyway shape or form.

Therefore if you wish to have your item, you will be required to pay Made With Mummy Love ADDITIONAL postage costs as set by your order with zero discount offered on this.

The order will only be sent twice at customers own cost and should the order be returned to myself a second time there will be no other options to receive the order or a refund on said order and the item will be destroyed.

The customer is 100% liable for any costs incurred when an item has been sent via international mail.
