Made from paper cut black card, intricate cut of words coupled with detailed tissue paper over cut letters. All individually applied by hand then remaining cut letters placed on top of tissue paper to then give this a neon/printed look that is just out of this world.
Available in selected sizes. White frame box used easy access to inside switch to turn off and on. No wires outside of box frame.
