Personally I would only use one person per order as the heart isn’t the largest area to print on and I’d rather have a good image of one person then a poor image of two or more people
I will allow photos of pregnancy scan that ultimately resulted in a pregnancy loss - this is your item and I’ve no objections to what image is used to create the printed heart
