This lanyard has 4 brightly printed tiles with corresponding faces relating to emotions in school/educational settings giving kids a way to understand and explain just how they are feeling.
🟥 Red reflects the feeling of anger, frustration or irritation.
🟨 Yellow reflects the feeling of anxiousness, excitement or concern.
🟦 Blue reflects the feeling of sadness, tiredness or low energy.
🟩 Green reflects the feeling of calmness, happiness or joy.
This lanyard can be used in school intervention sessions so children can learn about their triggers and responses. Using the lanyard children can learn and practise regulation tools such as breathing techniques, build emotional resilience and improve self control. They can be used with problem solving skills that can be applied in both school settings and out of school social settings which can help them develop healthy coping strategies.

This lanyard is durable, lightweight and can be easily popped in to your child’s school bag with no loss of space for all the other junk they carry about on a daily basis. The lanyard holds the tiles on a split ring keyring making it easy for them to be flipped through to find the appropriate tile. The lanyard is attached to the split ring using a metal swivel hook for ease of use.
